Pasang Dondrup, male, Tibetan, was born in February, 1946 in Gyangze, Tibet. On October 1973,

he joined in Communist Party, got a job on July, 1967 and acquired a on-the-job master degree in Center Party School.

Now, he is the standing commissioner of Tibet Party Committee, vice-chairman of the 8th TPPCC

(Tibetan People’s Political Consultative Conference) Committee, minister of Tibet Party Committee United Front Work Department.

November 1968-November 1969: Practised in 'Wuqi" farm in Xigaze branch of Tibet Military  Area
